termination from employment
im a transgender woman and i believe that i was fired from my employment based on this!I worked with this company for a couple yrs and my record with the company was good! And then i got terminated! Can i sue them for anything!

You may have protection under state and city laws but not under federal law. There is an election of remedies that is availabe to a complainant that may be best explained through the advice and counsel of an employment law attorney.

There might be a possibility that this was a wrongful termination, however, more information is needed to determine if you can have a case against your employer, i.e. what was the official reason for termination? when were you terminated? do you have another job now? etc.
