what are my rights as a user of mental health services through my private insurance? how do exert my rights under timothy--name removed--law, for either myself or my patients (i'm a therapist.)

Your rights with just about any health or mental services provider are stated in the contract you have with your provider. Simply stated, in return for your insurance premiums they must provide services.
