Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

Work related n.Y.P.D paa

I was discriminated due to an illness accused of drinking on job but it was my diabetes and my sugar level that caused the appearance of being drunk. In brief they sent me to a alchol consuling twice for this matter and i had nervous breakdown and forced to resign and i can not work anymore for i suffer with a bipolar condition due to the stress and humilation they have caused me if someone can help me with this case i would appreciate it very much. Thank you --
