background check/privacy
i applied for a job
i would not sign a credit/background check
they did not accept my application
legal for them to do that?
need the law
i would like constitutional law if possible
this statement is attached to all applications and it is an invation of privacy if no security issues are involved, my god it's a job
i have to prove that i am ''not guilty'' just because i want a job, when were the charges held aginst society that make us as a whole, have to prove ourselves to move in a free country, is that EQUAL opertunity

An employer's refusal to accept a job application without you granting your consent to have them investigate your background is entirely legal.

you are NOT entitled to any job, and the employer does have the right of discretion in whom they employ. Your failure to comply with the procedures of application permit the company to exclude you, unless there is form of discrimination which was used in their decision to exclude you.
