Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York

Been in a car accident, my case closed June23 2014 the lawyer says I have to pay for paper work.and court Lee's and a few other thing's why should I have to pay for anything I didn't.cause the accident, is that true I am suppose to pay it,

You are responsible for fees generated in prosecution/defense of your action. Your attorney may lay out the expenses initially, but you are ultimately responsible for the fees as a client. The fees are deducted from the gross settlement/recovery before calculating attorneys fees.
