Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York

Co-defendant paroled

My co-defendant and I were married in a NYS prison in 2000. He was paroled February of this year to Fla. NYS parole is not allowing us to be together. Is this legal?

Hi:

Once you become subject to the Department of Corrections jurisdiction they can do just about almost anything clothed in the name of security.
