Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York

College diploma discrepency

I have seeked guidance through my college's councelors including the head chairperson of my major department. All of the counselors advised that I have fulfilled all of my necessary requirements for me to graduate. I walked in my graduation ceremony and have found a full time job. Six months down the road I recieved a letter implying that I was short credits and that I must finish my requirements. I have since been in touch with my councelor numerous times, who has been vague and will not give me straight answers as to where my problem occured. The official audits that I have are different than the audits that my councelor recieved from the registrars office. Please help by letting me know if there is amything that I am able to do in this situation. thank you.

Re: College diploma discrepency

Stand firm. If you were given a diploma and are now employed, they will not win.

Do you have any records to show what credits you earned? If so, then this is a simple action to prosecute. You are welcome to caontact me for further assistance.
