My husband and I sold our home and he assumed a new montage and sole ownership to a new home on which we both reside. I want to be put on the deed to the new home the monies were from our previous home. He refused to put my name on the deed again, what should I do?

This is a very peculiar situation. Are you married happily; not happily; contemplating a divorce; have kids; want to rock the boat; is he cheating on you? There are a million and half ways to look at your dilemma, none of which frankly makes any sense. What is his reason for refusing to put your name on the deed?
