Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York
Loan
I lend a friend $3000.00 and he promised to pay it back in a given time. He now refuses to pay me and has caused me hardship. cause now I cannot get my kids the christmas presents they want. For the past month he has been telling me I have the money but he never shows up. He even got a pair of my car keys. What can I do about getting my money back?
