majauskas vs. majauskas

My ex- husband is due to retire this year, as per our divorce settlement i am entitled to a percentage of his pension according to majauskas vs. majauskas, I would like to know what that percentage is or how it is calculated. your response would be greatfully appreciated. Thank Very much,

The total years worked compared to the total years of marriage yields the percent to be applied to monthly benefits. Worked 10 years, married 5 of those years, spouse gets 1/2 of 50% or 25%.
