Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York

Open Container Summons Missed:

I received a summons for an Open Container in April 2008. I lost the summons, I believe the court date was for June/July 2008. I never heard anything about it. I want to settle this issue so it doesn't come to bother me moving forward, but I don't know how. Can someone tell me to do this? The summons was received on the UES in Manhattan.

Go on ecourtscrim, follow the instructions and find out the dispensation of the action. Then call the clerk of the court and see how you can rectify the situation :)
