Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York
Paralegal as witness
Can a paralegal be a witness on behalf of the client, if the firm the paralegal works for is representing the client in court?
This is not for any state in particular, I am trying to find the answer from the Model Rules.

Re: Paralegal as witness
An attorney can, why not a paralegal? It may depend on the type of case.
