Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York
Revoking Power of Attorney
Hello:
What form/process is needed if--name removed--person that was given power of attorney no longer desires to serve in that capacity. (New York). The principal still desires the recipient, but the recipient no longer wants this responsibility. Thanks.

The agent can terminate the PoA at any time by giving written notice to the principal.
