This may be treated very seriously, and as a result of the multiple times the DA may seek to impose the maximum sentence... the question then becomes why was your license originally suspended, and why were you stopped this last time... there may be quite a few defenses associated with such a stop. However, you're not giving too many facts for me to give you a full answer.
