transfer of the vehicles
I sold a car in july the title has not been transfer in his name i signed the title over to him.dmv told me i am still the owner of this car and the car is not insuranced.what can i do.

Contact the local office of the dmv and try to file a notice of the sale; you'll need the date of sale, name and address of the buyer, as well as the car's vin number.
