Getting An Autopsy On My Aunt
My Aunt died unexpectedly last year and at the request of her daughter no autopsy was performed. My Aunt had a known heart problem BUT was being treated by her doctor and on medication, also she had recently before her death seen such doctor and was fine. My father and all his sibling wanted an autopsy performed on their sister but couldn't get through the right channels before she was buried. We have always suspected foul play for many reasons in her death. How can we get my Aunt exhumed and get an autopsy performed on her?

That has to be done through the District Attorney's office.
