Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in New York
When one hires an attorney for advise, then acts on the advise given by the attorney, one would think this is within the law and with good intention advise. Right? Well then also with that is a client/ attorney privilages where conversations between them are private and cannot be shared with anyone else. Right? Well this attorney then becomes the assistant DA, and then signs the felony indictments on the same charges he represented him on / advise given and the DA starts quoting conversations of the client had with his then attorney verbatim on the stand!
Is there anything we can do about this?

Yes, get a public defender or better defense attorney and go after the attorney who violated priviledge
