Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in New York
my luggage is lost !
why does the air transportation companies try not to help there customer, when they�re luggage is lost? Or perhaps I should say, the luggage that they had lost ?

Because the government has severely limited their liability to you, the customer. Talk to your representatives in Congress.
