Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in New York

small claim court
I(owner) had a coffee machine. seller person who work with and buyer, had brought my machine on ebay seller said no refund on a new machine. seller sold it for 2100, buyer have buy another machine 1 day after and said my machine is breaking, and tried to return it seller said no. Buyer got he's money back from paypal. seller take me to court, and was told to get the machine back and i was to give seller the 1800 back , but i didnt have the money at the time court give seller my machine that seller sold on ebay for 1750 and on top of that i have to give her 1900 more. Question is that right and should i apperl it. thank you

If I undersdtand your question, you need to straigten this out in court, because if the court permitted

the resale, you should not have to pay

any longer; that would be a double recovery.
