Statue of limitations

After being convicted of crime by jury can i still

seek some type of appeal after 7 1/2 years?

While the time to file an appeal of your conviction on the record is long passed, if new evidence, not available at the time of trial, tending to exonerate your conviction has now been discovered, a "Writ of Corum Nobis" should be filed to initiate an appeal based upon the newly discovered evidence.
