Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
I have bank deposit receipt for $ 10,000
The bank says they gave me wrong receipt, it was for someone elses account
I said they deposited in wrong account, they did not deposit money in my account
they refuse to show me the bank transfers proving it went in to anothers account and will not do or prove anything else with documentation

If you deposited $10,000 in an account and have a copy of the receipt but the bank is claiming the deposit was made to another account, you need to commence a lawsuit. If this situation has not been resolved, please contact me.
