Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
money left one account and never made to the other one during transfer
2 credit card agencies. Transfer was requested from first one to the second one. The first one says that the transfer sucussfuly took place on 5/21/04, while the second one says they did not recieve any mony from the first one.
Did someone stole the money, what should I be doing to get those returned and to defend my right to have them? How can I get compensated by anyone for this amount and the time/worry/inconvinence it causes to not have those money available?
Thank you

Re: money left one account and never made to the other one during transfer
You should request that the bank from where the funds left place a trace on the funds to see why the receiving bank did not receive it. It is possible that the receiving bank credited the funds to the wrong account. Please make sure correct wire instructions were used.
