Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
I have a neighbor and ex attorney who have been using my old lis pendens against the same piece of property that I foreclosed on years ago. I wish to sue them and get the monies I never received., however even though the attorneys in my area agree the old attorney is bad and did the wrong thing.......they don't want to take on another attorney. Please advise.

I doubt you can't get this matter resolved for the reason you claim. Unless a lawyer has a personal relationship with another lawyer, or a conflict of interest, no lawyer is going to give a damn about your neighbor being a retired lawyer.
