Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
In ny my friend is disabled his wife signed a $36,000 check that came from a lead poisoning case from when he was 1 and put it in a account he had no access to without her moving the funds for him eventually they split and she stole the remaining $25,000 the Seneca county ny DA says it is a civil matter is this true
