How can I open a new bank account after being accused of bank fraud? I trusted someone I shouldn't have.I was being scammed.I paid the money back and wanted to open a new account and couldn't what should I do.

The bank that reject you must provide a notice where you may obtain a free copy of the consumer credit report that was used in their decision making process. From that point you may begin to challenge the negative markers on your report.
