Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
If a person commits wire fraud for $1000 with no 0 felonies and no record & also involved a few people without them knowing what was going on, what are the penalties for these actions?

I think it's 20 years for each count of wire fraud, and then conspiracy to commit wire fraud is another 20.
I think maybe for serious business like this you'd want to see a lawyer in person rather than seeking free legal advice on the internet. Just a suggestion.
