Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
I have uncovered 7 HUD / ADA violations. 1;submitting false finanical info for a refi.
2; submitting a credit violation for the closing. (failed to pay monthly payment)
3; cleraed by CW 1 1/2 yr later "letter to prove"not to all credit reporting agencys
4;forced to refi. 4months later due to mortage payment above monthly income
5;07/06 told by CW credit an issue placed into jumbo & to pay the minium payment when I return to work. HELOC loan requested my actual payment (Bank Statements) listing actual dollar, Refi. & HELOC were to replace Mortage CW placed me into 3/06
6; Proptery survey lists outdoor pool & fire place... they do not exist
7; filed closing info in wrong municipality... creating "non payment on 03/06 credit report.
8; removed my wife from all mortage & HELOC documents...She is on title and 1st mortage with CW.

Would n eed a lot of information. I think that there are some different avenues as to how to approach it. We can do a full forensic review and find out some additional information, but would need to see your entire loan file and application information.
You may be better off with a private suit, but would need to see the whole file.
