I had a accident after I filed a chapter 7..If I file a lawsuit will it affect the bankruptcy ?

The answer to your question depends on far more factors than can be effectively addressed in this forum. Time is an issue, the amount and nature of your damages from the accident are an issue, the nature of the accident is an issue....

If you used an attorney to help you file your Chapter 7 petition, call him/her and discuss your issue. If you did not, call a bankruptcy attorney in your area to discuss your entire case.
