annuity
if i file for bankruptcy, is my structured annuity, that i got from my car accident (that left me disabled) affected?

The answer to your question is a resoundingly unsatisfactory IT DEPENDS on many factors that you do not disclose.
This question is too complicated for this board anyway; you should contact an attorney who is geographically close to you who practices bankruptcy law and use the lawyer's services to help you through this difficult time.
