Attorney representation
May an attorney merely assist in the completion of a Petition for a ch 7 bankruptcy or is the attorney also obligated to represent that person at the 341 Metting of Creditors ?

The scope of representation should be detailed in the retainer agreement. On this basis, the answer to your question is.. it depends.
