Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

Is there an attorney in nyc (westchester county) that will file bankruptcy for me at no cost? If not, is there one that will file my documents and put me on a payment plan. I need to file chapter 7, am currently unemployed, have $0 income and at least 15-20k in debt. Please advise.

You'll be hard-put to find a pro-bono attorney through this board.

However, you may qualify for free or very reduced-cost help from the Legal Aid Society. They have an office in Westchester County and they exist for the sole purpose of providing access to the legal system to those who cannot otherwise afford it. Give them a call (you can probably find them in the phone book, or do an internet search on <"legal aid society" AND "westchester county">) to see if you qualify for their services.
