I would like to know if you you are a Doctor and make 114,0.00 net but are now in debt for about 90,000.00+ can you stil declare bankruptcy? Thank You.

Thank you for your inquiry about bankruptcy.
As a consequence of your income, you are not eligible to file for Chapter 7. We can, however, attempt to deal with your debt in a Chapter 13.
