On what bankruptcy schedule do I include a medical judgement under?

If the debt is an unsecured debt, then it goes on Schedule F. This is where you would list it unless you have real estate and the judgment is a lien on the real estate. If the judgment is a lien, then it would go on Schedule D.
In addition, if this lawsuit was recently pending, you would also list it on Question no. 4 on the Statement of Financial Affairs.
