Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
chapter 13 bankruptcy
hi im wondering if you file chapter 13 bankruptcy and it goes threw meaning the judge says ok and it states that all creditors ect. have untill a certain date to file against you except the goverment has a little longer so the people run out of time to file does that write them off im shure it does but im wondering if thats all they can do or does it get worse? thanks alot

If they do not challenge in that time period, they are done. The debts are no longer enforceable.
