Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

I have not been able to keep up my Chapter 13 payments in New York due to landlord obtaining order for capital improvements this year which raised my rent by $400, plus other living cost increases and a salary frozen for 2 and a half years due to recession. I must be in Court next week as the Trustee is filing a motion to dismiss. Since my attorney is not answering my calls, how can I convert this Chapter 13 to a Chapter 7? I must submit this question as a free question.

I can convert the chapter 7 for you for a reasonable fee, otherwise speak to the court and trustee about it so they are aware. Make sure you appear for the motion. If you want to retain me I will appear on the motion with you. Call me for a free consultation at 1(800)WE-FIGHT.
