Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
We're in chapter 13 - 2 years left in plan - one of the creditors being paid is NYS - past due tax bill; our current 2011 NYS tax return calls for a refund - will we receive that or will it be applied to past-due - necessitating an amended chap. 13 plan?
