child support arrears and bankrutst
can you file for bankruptsy to eliminate your child support arrears when you do not have any money and no assets.i am a new york state resident for last 10 years but to pay support orders are from texas.if i have to file for bankruptsy in which state i should.thank you for your help.

Re: child support arrears are unaffected by Bankruptcy, especially under the new law.
But get rid of other debts.
