Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

How do I collect rebates from an internet company that filed for bankruptcy

I purchased items online using a credit card. All items come with a rebate received from the company. I have received some rebates but to date have approximatly $40,000 in outstanding rebates owed to me. The company just filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 in the Eastern District of New York.

Will I be able to recover the money that is owed to me? Any help would be appreciated since it is a large sum of money $40,000

Thank You

receive a payment. You will need to file

a claim with the Trustee and the Court. Contact
