Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
creditor in bankruptcy case
I hold a mortgage on property that is in bankruptcy, the debtors trustee has been paying on a regular basis, but the mortgagee is behind in regular payments again.what are my rights is this case? also the real estate taxes are behind again 2 years from the filing of the bankruptcy what are the options there?

You need to Move to Lift the Stay and Foreclose.
