Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
When did I declare bankruptcy?
I was wondering if there was anywhere I could find out what year (and if possible the lawyers name) that I declared bankruptcy.

Contact the Court where your bankruptcy was filed - they can probably look this information up, but they may charge you a fee for doing so, depending on how long ago you filed. Or obtaining a copy of your credit report may provide sufficient information, if filed within the past ten (10) years .
