Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

dismissal of chptr 13

if my bankruptcy gets dismissed am i still able to save my home or do they take it from me. If they take it how much time would i have before having to leave...

If a bankruptcy petition is dismissed, the result is essentially as if the petition had not been filed at all. Thus, if a house was in danger of foreclosure at the time the petition was filed and the petition is dismissed, the house would re-enter that same danger of foreclosure.
