Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

Dismissed Bankruptcy chapter 13

Me and my husband went bankrupt in 2000 , we where behind on our mortage and wanted to keep out house so we went chapter 13. The bankrupcty court let us do a pons motion on our two home equities. We ended up paying are arreas on are mortage a head of schedule so we stoped paying on the bankrupcty because of various reason. My question is can the two equities that where in the pons come after use now for the full amount we owe? thanks

In general, and I'd need to talk to you to confirm this, if you do not complete your Chapter 13 plan, the mortgages included in the Ponds motion are reinstated. You can call me to discuss this matter. Al Greene, 716-847-1414
