Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
Former employer owes me substantial amount of back wages. I find out he is granted Chapter 11 status after the fact.Is he absolved of all business debts period or for just a number of years. He owes me more than almost all other creditors. Was he obligated to inform me of the situation? What recourse, if any, do I have?
