EX-Husband wins lottery while wife claims bankrupcy
Q-In our divorce agreement because there were so many outstanding debts Judge decreed that we both file bankrupcy. I have done so and am just waiting for court date. Mortgage of home that was forclosed on was in both names so I had to file bankrupcy for home also. Ex- husband will not file bankrupcy therefore I seem to be the only one being punished as he just won a Large amount of money in the lottery.I also have sole custody of the 3 children and only recieve minimal child support.Is that fair i claim bankrupcy and face concequences and he gets to keep all his money plus I have to raise kids??? Is there anything I can do. He is out buying new Harleys and i am struggling to make ends meet?

You can go back before the divorce court & ask for child support & alimony based on changed circumstances.
