I just filed a chapter 7 ,it was discharged in september..Under the BK i turned in my car...My mom was the primary on the car loan..what happens now?? also i filed pro se...john

The car is likely to be sold and the sales proceeds will be applied to the balance owed on the loan. The loan company can demand payment from your mother given that she is listed as a borrower on the auto loan dispite the fact that you are bankrupt.
