Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
we are going to be filing bankruptcy in the near future. Befor we decided on this we had turned over some of our high bills to freedom dept relief, who had done a little but not much with them. Before filing should we get all of our bills back from them or just claim what we have to pay them which of cource is less then the bill amts. would total if we had them. Thanks Joanne
