Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
after filing a chap. 7 bankruptcy two crediteors were left off
I filed for chapter 7 no asset bankruptcy on 12/99 and it was discharged on 04/2000.Recently I found out that two creditors where left off, now these two debts were prior to the filing.Further more i also have a judgement from a creditor that was on the discharge which was entered on 11/99.
My question is how can I correct the two debts left off the bankruptcy? and will I have to pay if it can't be added to the bankruptcy?
How can I correct the judgement from a creditor that was on the bankruptcy?

Re: after filing a chap. 7 bankruptcy two crediteors were left off
There is a strong likelihood that the Bankruptyc
Court will not grant a motion to add the
two pre-existing creditors to the 1999 filing
Too much time has elapsed. Note, also
there is a filing fee for this of $ 160 which
would probably be wasted
The entry of a judgment by a creditor who was named
in the bankruptcy is a different matter
a 522(f) motion can still be made to avoid the lien
of the judgment Again there is the filing fee and
an attorney will charge for the preparation of the
motion.
