how do i find out if my chap 13 has been discharged?

Dear people I entered chapter 13 in 1999. Can you please tell me how I can find out when or If it has been discharged thank you

Call the lawyer who handled the matter for you. If you did not have an attorney, call the Trustee to whom you made your Plan payments. Note that the Trustee CANNOT talk with you (even to answer "Has my case been discharged?") if you had a lawyer handling your case.

Make sure you know the case number that was assigned by the court before you call anyone.

Alternatively, you could sign up for the PACER system (www.pacer.gov) and look your case up online. Signing up for PACER is free, but each document you look at will cost you $0.08 per page. You can look yourself up by name if you don't know your case number.
