Foreclosure
I am facing foreclosure and was wondering if you could give me information about filing a deed in lieu of foreclosure and tips on how to fill out the form. thanks

The only "tip" I can give you is that you need to hire an attorney. NOW. Find someone who is local to you; your county's bar association may be a source of referrals, as may the NYS Bar Association (www.nysba.org).
