Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
Home forclosure and bankruptcy
My husband and I had our home sold in NY... it fell through, now it is going through forclosure,we live in Florida now and both of us are on disibility and compensation. We had health problems and surgeries, we can just make our bills here(barely) but not home in ny, best route to go any advise.. he says we should file bankruptcy, we never had a finance problem before always excellent credit till now. We are both sick over this on what will happen.

The best advise it appears is to do a bankruptcy. In florida we have the best protections for your assets of any state.
